Kids want to spend time with their friends but sometimes it just is not advisable for health reasons. We try to look for activities where our kids can spend time with their friends but still at a distance. Tubing is one of those activities. Kids can float lazily down a local River, be out in the fresh air and most importantly make memories with their friends. The 4 most important things to remember is drinking water, sunscreen, waterproof phone protector and an exit strategy. Your plan needs to include a realistic time frame to your destination. Your destination needs to be a place that’s easy to spot in advance and where you are positive you can exit the river safely. Have someone ready with towels to pick you up. Always have a plan B and C.
