Trevor Dow is an actor, designer, musician, social media personality and EMMY nominee who has spent the majority of his life in the arts. Inspired by the small things that are easily unnoticed and forgotten but have a lasting impact. Whether a conversation, spontaneous collisions of mishaps, facial expressions or words exchanged; those are his moments of inspiration.

In 2020, Trevor has experienced extreme highs (his first Emmy nomination!) and extreme lows (battling COVID-19). While he was fortunate with only having mild physical symptoms, the emotional toll of three weeks of isolation had a lasting impact. He came forward and shared his journey in battling COVID-19 with his honest and raw COVID-EO Daily Log that tracked his progress following his positive diagnosis. He is now using his platform to educate people about the mental health impacts of COVID-19…whether you’ve had a positive diagnosis or not. The vast and rapid change in our every day lives because of COVID-19 is impacting us all.
